At Mundo Bracelets, you always have a 14-day return policy. If the product isn't quite what you expected, you can always return it to us.

Return in 3 easy steps

Step 1: Fill in the return form.
You can download the Mundo Bracelets return form here .

Step 2: Returning the product.
Send the item along with the completed return form to our returns address (see return form). Please note: you are responsible for the shipping costs and the risks of returning it.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
Once we receive the bracelet(s) in their original condition, you will receive a refund within 5 business days via your original payment method. We will notify you once we have processed your return.
