The average delivery time for your order is three working days. You will receive your bracelet(s) through the letterbox. So you don't have to be at home to receive your order; so easy!

Returns

14 days reflection period
At Mundo Bracelets you always have a 14-day cooling-off period. If the product does not fully meet your wishes, you can always return it to us.

Send a return in 3 easy steps

Step 1: Complete the return form.
You can download the Mundo Bracelets return form here .

Step 2: Returning the product.
Send the item together with the completed returns form to our returns address (see returns form). Please note: you are responsible for the shipping costs and the risks of returning.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account.
As soon as we have received the item in its original condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 working days.
