Shipping is always free for orders over €49,95.

Delivery time
The average delivery time for your order is:

Netherlands: 1-3 working days
Belgium: 3 working days
Germany: 3 working days
Spain: 4-5 working days

You will receive your bracelet(s) through the mailbox. Therefore, you don't need to be home to receive your order; it's that convenient!

Did you choose shipping with track & trace? Then you will receive the track & trace link in the shipping confirmation email.

We ship your order via PostNL. Delivery times may therefore differ slightly around public holidays.

Returns

14 days reflection period
At Mundo Bracelets, you always have a 14-day reflection period. If the product does not fully meet your expectations, you can always return it to us.

Send a return in 3 easy steps

Step 1: Complete the returns form.
You can download the Mundo Bracelets return form here.

Step 2: Returning the product.
Send the item together with the completed returns form to our returns address (see returns form). Please note: you are responsible for the shipping costs and the risks of returning.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account.
As soon as we have received the bracelet(s) back in their original condition, you will receive a refund within 5 working days via the payment method you previously used. We will notify you as soon as we have processed your return.
